We will explore together how to implement healthy habits and enjoy delicious nourishing foods with less time cooking and cleaning. This will ultimately have a beneficial impact on your health and the way you feel.

To ensure personalized quality service I work with a few clients over several months and monitor progress. I also help clients make sense of the plethora of nutrition information out there and help them adopt the right combination of foods for their unique lifestyle and needs.

Valerie holds a Diploma of Natural Nutrition from the Canadian School of Natural Nutrition (CSNN) and a Bachelor of Education from Ottawa University. She has been a source of inspiration, motivation, and knowledge for many people seeking to improve their relationship with food. Her simple approach to wellness makes it easy for anyone to achieve lasting energy and vitality. She designs and delivers one-on-one and group-based holistic virtual programs for anyone who wishes to learn how to manage their IBS, stress, and depression using holistic principles.
